My experience with the Austin Schuster team has been outstanding. He and his team sold my property during a very difficult period, and fetched me an amazing sale price. The team is thorough, reliable and professional and they maintain the highest level of acumen and integrity. Austin is a true pro.

I commend you for your fine work. You created a bidding war on my late mother’s home on Fifth Avenue which resulted in a sale price beyond what I thought was obtainable.

Gary P.

Austin was instrumental in the sale of our apartment in a down market. While the high end luxury market was on the decline, Austin was able to secure us an impeccable buyer without even having gone to market.

Pam M.

Born and bred in NYC his knowledge, experience and instincts for the market are at the highest level and it was like working with an old friend who truly has your best interests at heart. Highly recommend Austin and his team.

Austin’s astute vision of the market and wide range of connections brought me a phenomenal sale price for my home. He carefully represented me for my home and brought the right buyers for my home with a sale price which significantly exceeded what a prior “top” broker who had the listing on the market for over a year could not deliver. I am extremely happy and could not have done all of this without him.
